2. Services Provided
The Wealth Circle is a mentorship and membership program designed for aspiring real estate investors, agents, and entrepreneurs. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Monthly live mentorship calls with Shakira
Access to training materials, roadmaps, and guides
Beginner-friendly real estate strategies (flipping, wholesaling, funding, and branding)
Community support via our private Skool group
Accountability challenges, leaderboards, and resources
We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. All decisions you make regarding real estate, funding, or business activities are your responsibility.
3. No Guarantee of Results
While our strategies, mentorship, and tools are designed to help you succeed in real estate, we do not guarantee specific results such as closed deals, profits, or funding amounts. Success depends on your effort, consistency, financial circumstances, and market conditions.
4. Membership Fees & Payment
The Wealth Circle membership is $57/month, billed monthly. You may cancel anytime. There are no refunds for partial months, unused time, or missed calls/resources once payment has been processed.
5. Eligibility
To participate in The Wealth Circle, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and complete information in all forms and applications
Not use our community, resources, or services for fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading purposes
Violation of these terms may result in termination of your membership.
6. Privacy & Data Use
Your information is collected for the purpose of providing mentorship, training access, and community support. We respect your privacy and will never sell your data. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All training materials, roadmaps, videos, templates, and resources provided by SHAKVAULT Real Estate Academy are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, share, or redistribute our content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
SHAKVAULT Real Estate Academy and Shakira are not liable for:
Investment outcomes, market conditions, or real estate decisions made by members
Losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from the use of our services
Third-party products, services, or platforms linked through our website, training, or community
You agree to use The Wealth Circle at your own risk.
9. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of The Wealth Circle membership, training, or resources at any time without prior notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia (or Shakira’s state of business). Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
